The changes (which appear in buildface) are:

L1 (low speaker volume)
#CID=4 (store Caller ID info in memory)
S0=000 (disable auto-answer)
S11=050 (50ms touch tone spacing)
S13=001 (reset modem when DTR drops)
S14=000 (don't disconnect on escape code)
